To the best of my knowledge, this is unimplemented in 0.81. It's not
clear whether 0.84 has it implemented or not but it does say

Better validator/filter support
Added scrollbars for MULTILINE_INPUT
so that might mean that it is.
Anyone with 0.84 installed want to check this out? TC?
