My response on getting geometry was somewhat incomplete. In addition
to fetching the geometry string via fl_get_app_resources() as discussed
in Section B.2 of the manual, you'll have to parse the string. The easiest
way to do this is to use the XParseGeometry() call. More elaborate schemes
can be implemented with the Xlib call XGeometry() and/or XWMGeometry().
Refer to the man pages or your favorite Xlib reference for all the details.
