Another bug in fdesign (at least on linux)

Hi all!

I found that fdesign, from 0.84 any version up to fix3b, used with -convert
switch dumps core, when the form includes a FL_COUNTER object.

I attached a sample form showing that....

I use linux 2.0.28, gcc 2.7.2, libc 5.3.12, XFree 3.1.
