gravity question

To subscribers of the xforms list from Kelvin L Fong <kelvin@ecn.purdue.edu> :

Hello,

I have a form which I have made resizable (place = FL_CENTERFREE),
and on that form is a button centered along the x-axis, that is
not resizable (howresize = FL_RESIZE_NONE). I would like the
button to be anchored to its position relative to the window's
bottom edge, but remain centered along the x-axis as the window is
resized. Therefore I set NWgravity = SWgravity = FL_South. When
the window is resized, the button's y-axis position is correct, but
it's x-axis position drifts from center.

Have I misunderstood the win_gravity settings, and if so would
someone please correct me, or is this perhaps a bug?

I am using XForms 0.81 on a 486 box running Linux kernel 1.2.13,
and XForms 0.81 on a SPARCstation 5 running Solaris 2.3.

Thanks in advance,
Kelvin Fong
