Started making V0.86 distributions for all platforms.
V0.86 will be the official version.
This version is source API compatible with V0.85.
The only difference is some small fixes and two
new functions:
fl_set_pixmapbutton_focus_outline(FL_OBJECT *ob, int flag)
to turn the focus outline off
and
fl_activate_glcanvas(FL_OBJECT *ob) (finally a bit tired of
the "can I control two glcanvas in xforms" and "use glXMakeCurrent"
routine.)
