Yes. It is available at the same place you fetched the sources. It's
in the file forms.ps.gz.

It is somewhat tutorial in nature, more like Volume 1 of the O'Reilly
X Windows series than Volume 2 (the actual reference manual containing
only man page like descriptions), but everything is there. It's quite
well indexed so finding any particular topic or function call is a
snap.

I believe there's also an on-line version on the Web (although it is
missing the graphics). I've never used it since I have to admit I'm a
dead tree kind of guy when it comes to documentation.
