To subscribers of the xforms list from Bogdan Iamandei <inorog@csit-sun.pub.ro> :

Possible bugs:

1). in fdesign when testing a input box:

1). write a text that will pass over the bounds of the
box
to the right.
2). select the written text with the mouse beginning
with the
last character to the other end of the string. When the
box
will scroll back a black strip proportional with the
length
of written text scrolled will appear to the right of the
box.
I didn't tested that yet, if appears it in the real
program but
I suppose it doesn't.

2). in fdesign when saving *.fd:

- it seems that even if I opened a project in some
folder, the
default saving path is the current directory from where
the
program was started. Although the "Save as" option works
well
that means that it remembers the last place you
saved/opened
in/from.

3). in fdesign when selecting a group in control panel:

- create 2 groups, in the same form and select one from
the control panel by clicking on its name, then select
the
other one in he same way.
- you should see that the second group was not selected
but
only the first one has extended its area sometimes
including
some objects from the second group, sometimes not. If
saved
it maintains the changes.

Workaround:

- change to another form then change back and select the
desired group.

I am not sure if those listed above are bugs or "features" and
also
I don't know if somebody else has noticed them but I found them a bit
annoying for
such a good piece of soft it is.

I am using the the last version for Solaris i.e. 0.86, on
Solaris 2.5
with fvwm as window manager - if that would make any difference.
