To subscribers of the xforms list from Tano Fotang <M.Tano@Wirtschaft.FH-Wolfenbuettel.DE> :

hi hello everybody,

there's this input field where one can type in commands for
the application. Evreything works perfectly except when a text
is copied from somewhere else and pasted into the field
(using the mouse, of course). In this case, nothin happens when the
RETURN key is hit, UNLESS one edits the text first (by pressing any
<normal> key before hitting the return key).
I even tried setting the contents of the input using
an fl_set_input_blabla but the problem persisted: u still have to
touch another key before RETURN in order for the set input to be
accepted.
Any ideas? Thanks very much in advance.Fotang.

The purpose of the whole exercise is to implement a history kind of
thing for the commands like bash does so one doesnt have to type
a command over and over again instead of just using the up/down key to
go thro a history list and usin fl_set_input_(). But if there's another
key between u and #13 then that overshadows whatever comfort there
might be..
