the manual: the callback is invoked only when the input field is
changed if FL_RETURN_CHANGED is set and is returned for every
keystroke if FL_RETURN_ALWAYS is set.

The main difference is that FL_RETURN_ALWAYS calls the callback when
every key is pressed *and* when the tab or Return key is pressed,
FL_RETURN_CHANGED only calls the callback when a key is
