The answer is yes, but I don't know when it will be available.
However, an X version of xforms on NT/win95 is now in alpha testing
and should be available fairly soon. This of course will require
Xlib dll (the xforms package will supply) and an X server. There
are quite a few free X servers for NT avaialble nowadays as well
as a number commercial ones. Hopefuly, this x version of xforms for NT
will give people some thing to play on NT while we work
on a native port.
