Reflection X is commercial. It runs on the NT desktop of my boss.
I don4t know anything about its internals. More information
might be available at

Another trial version of an X server for Windows 95 and I
think NT is available at

http://www.igel.de

Before you download a copy there, you must fill a form with
your name and address.
