Probably not random. It should occur only the
first time (for full border and transient). As I mentioned
in an early message, this is fundamentally
an unsolvable problem due to lack of means
to find out what/which window manager (and
under what kind of configuration) is runing,
xforms has to let the window manager do its thing
once, then find out what it did and try to
compensate. Unfortunately, it is not bullet-proof
(yet ?).
