-----------

Changes since version 0.1.1
* fixed command interpreter
* can now open a channel window directly from within control window.
mustnt connect to server first.
* fixed bookmark bug; 9th bookmark no longer causes program exit
* added %/ and %t respectively for newline and tabulator in format
strings
* fixed problem with button when choosing filename via menu
* better update of userlist display
* enabled tipper (oneliners) for channel windows. The 0.86.1 and 0.87
post
handlers still "bitch" occasionally
* added more standard irc commands
* added -all and -last to /part options
* added -last and -invited to /join options
* /nick and /mode no longer crash if called with no args
* added a button for channel topic operations..
* help now available on many commands. Help no longer dumped into
browser.

Bugs/Problems

* file selector seems to stop all timers so it cant be removed after
timer
expires
* only DCC connections handle multi-line messages longer than 512
bytes
well. IRC Servers seem
to truncate them.
* some servers dont reply to "/mode *" if "*" refers to current
channel
and no more args are given
