On page 243 of the 0.87.5 manual at the end of the last paragraph in
section A.5,
void fl_activate_event_callback(Window win);
should read
void fl_activate_event_callbacks(Window win);
The index of the manual still has a number of alphabetization strangenesses,
by the way. I am loath to criticize the great Donald Knuth and Leslie
Lamport but something's funky in LaTeXland. :-)
