I'll try to fix this. It may have someting to do setting
the winstepunit.

Broken in V0.87.4, I think. Will fix.

The document is in error. It should take FL_RETUEN_END_CHANGED
and FL_RETURN_CHANGED, which happens to be the same as 0 and 1.
