Personally, I think the "Internationalization" part is a big issue. It
isn't that big a deal, although I admit that the X design group could hav=

made this transparent to the designer... instead of making it necessary t=
o
get acquainted with new code for this purpose.

On the text part, it's mostly the "text" (labels) that would need to be
translated. There is a neat way to do this, by using GNU's gettext. It
does require the text part to be used through a 'gettext()' call, which
is often conveniently put into a macro call '_(t)'. It would be neat, if
there was a way to tell fdesign to surround labels with, say '_()'.
