Not in the same manner as Xt applications by way of resources.
The Text Object (not Widget, please, they're quite different beasts)
can be set with a default in `fdesign'. The Text Object's contents
can be set programatically using fl_set_object_label().
There's currently no way of setting a default in an Input object
without explicitly using the fl_set_input() function.
