Checkout ghostscript/ghostview at
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/
Ghostscript is a postscipt interpeter for a multitude of printers and
ghostview is a X11 postscript frontend viewer for ghostscript.

No Linux system should be with out them....
