Refer to the discussion of the `place' argument in fl_show_form(). It
is discussed in Chapter 4 of the current manual.

Is the letter the same case as the corresponding shortcut character? If
you have a label "Foo" and you declare the shortcut as 'f', then it won't get
underlined.
