the tabfolder does not show the folder part (the buttons will, however)
when i use fl_create_tabfolder(...) and then fl_add_object(...) rather
than
fl_add_tabfolder.
also, i think my earlier post was lost in transit, but the buttons
returned by fl_addto_tabfolder are using u_vdata, which is supposed to
be reserved for the application. c_vdata, which is supposed to be
reserved for the class, remains unused.
