Hi, all.

I discovered a bug which is present in both the Sun Solaris sparc and
Linux i386 elf 0.88 versions. The bug did not exist in 0.86.

Description:

Buttons (check buttons, anyhow) created with fdesign and given a label
do not have their label correctly initialized. The lable value is
0x3<out of bounds> instead of whatever string value was assigned to
them in fdesign.

Solution:

Roll back to version 0.86.
