True. Since I believe positioning is done without respect to border,
you can probably ignore the border width. Perhaps someone can do a
set of experiments and see.
The bottom line is probably that no matter how hard one tries to place
a Form or Window in a specific place on the screen, the window manager
is probably going to do whatever it damned well pleases anyhow.
