XForms: OpenGL on NT with Xforms

If I use a xwindows server to display xforms applications on NT, will
OpenGL
applications know how to use hardware acceleration on the NT machine?
If not, are
there any other cross platform GUI APIs that supports OpenGL that works
besides
Wxwindows (I can't get GL work with it on SGI) and xforms?
