Hi!
A friend of mine says me that when he is trying to compile
the demos (he is testing the instalation of the Forms library
in his Sun/Solaris 5.5.1 box) the compiler cries:
gcc -c -O -I../FORMS -Ifd boxtype.c
gcc -O -s boxtype.o -o boxtype -L../FORMS -lforms -lX11 -lm
ld: fatal: file ../FORMS/libforms.so: unknown type, unable to process
using elf(3E) libraries
ld: fatal: file /usr/lib/libforms.a: unknown type, unable to process using
elf(3E) libraries
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to boxtype
*** Error code 1 (ignored)
Any idea of what is going on here?
