I'm writing a program that uses xyplot as a virtual oscilloscope
screen for displaying and analyzing neurophysiological data. The
xyplot was set up, with fdesign, to have black labels and grids.
When I load a large (2.6MB) data file into the program, the labels
and grids change to red (note: I'm not attempting to plot the entire
2.6 MB; the display consists of two overlain plots, each of which
has 1000 points). I've tried explicitly setting the colors to black
by calling fl_set_object_lcol as the last line in the function that
plots the data, but this has no effect. The color change does not
happen when I load a small file, 24 kB. I've tried color depths of 8,
16 and 24 bpp, and the problem is the same for all. I'm using version
0.88 on a Redhat 5.0 system, kernel 2.0.33, 32MB RAM.Gerald Pollack
