Hi,

I have recently got a new ultra-5 box. The openwin Xserver completely hangs on
one occasion, ... as a result of running a program that I have written
using xforms.

I tried to track down the problem with the -sync and -debug options, with
no results. I ran the program on two different machines (one with the old
server and one with the new one). The only difference was a "Bad KeySym"
message as follows:
In CheckKeyPress [events.c 570] Bad KeySym 65508
This message appears on every key event.

I also tried xscope to catch the events going between the server and
application. I couldn't locate the real place where the server gets halted.

One STRANGE thing that I noticed was the following behaviour

---------------- The piece of code ------------------------------

printf("x6\n");

fl_unfreeze_form(WV->panel);
fl_check_forms();

printf("x61\n");

legend_resize(-1);

printf("x62\n");

----------------- The output -----------------------------------
x6
x6
x61
x62

x61
x62

------------------ The Problem ------------------------------------
Just notice the appearance of two x6 at the beginning and not x6 before
the second x61.
As you see the program seems to be running out of sync.

How is this happening? Anyone know the reason? any workarounds?

Thanks
Ali
