I can't figure out how to have a form, upon startup, not to have any
input fields focused. I have tried deactivating the 1st input field, but
that simple sets the focus to the next input field.
Is there any way of doing this? I want the user to only be able to begin
inputing stuff in the 1st field after he has pressed a button.
