The primary FTP server, <ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/xforms>, for XForms
was not functioning for most of today, Feb 2, 2000, from about 0945 to
1655, Pacific Standard Time, due to an unexpected and unobserved side
effect of a system upgrade on one of the hosts on our network.

The problem has been corrected and the server is now functioning
normally.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

A big "D'oh."
