Thanks T.C. This generates 3 supplemental questions...
1. Where do I get version 0.89.5 from (linux elf/glibc) ?
2. Looking around the xforms web page I see links to RedHat RPMs but
there only seems to be old versions there (and the link on the xforms
page is wrong - but there does seem to be some versions on the redhat ftp
site in the contrib directory).
Are there a set of 0.89 RPMs somewhere?
(I ask because without xforms RPMs it is difficult for people to make
dynamic linked RPMs of their applications.)
3. I presume that the latest source is not available to allow building of
RPMs
BTW, whilst hunting around I noticed the README file from
ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/xforms/ is well out of date (and
ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/xforms/ is linked from the main xforms download page)
Cheers
Clive
