My personal preference is for LGPL -- that would seem to fit the model
that most folks can live with.

I've set up a separate mailing list for licensing issues at

            xforms-license@ncmir.ucsd.edu

To subscribe to the list send email to

            xforms-license-request@ncmir.ucsd.edu

with the word "subscribe" in the body of the mail in the standard
    manner.
