Steve, I have just rebuilt lyx with your new library. It dies when linking with:
ld:
Unresolved:
_F64_stat
This also happens when making the folowing programs in DEMOS. Note that ONLY
these ones die. The others are all fine.
xyplotover.c, fbrowse.c, pmbrowse.c, ll.c, dirlist.c, iconvert.c, itest.c, ibrowser.c
I, of course, am not using OSF1 V 5.1 but have stuck with 4.0e for a number of reasons.
Is this problem surmountable or should I back out and wait for Open Source?

ps I also get a warning when compiling dirlist.c:
