Xforms is an Xwindows display library, so you have to install the
XDarwin distribution (XFree 4.2 and XDarwin) in order to do anything
with it. I have compiled tasks for both Xwindows on Redhat Linux
and OS X, and they work the same.

Installing the OS X version of the new xforms 0.9999 library isn't
too painful; I have instructions for that if you have trouble (I had
to modify some makefiles to get it to go), just let me know.
