    Dear All

    Herewith a simpler program than the last. Given the baroque
    compilation system which C uses and the deficient system used
    by the a68toc compiler, I reckon this is very reasonable. Note
    that the program is written in Web 68, the Algol 68 Literate
    Programming system.
