    Hi All,

    I have an application that uses a touch screen as an
    input device. Currently I turn off the X-Screen blanker
    (xset s off) since touching the screen is not viewed as
    and X Event and the screen will never come back.
    Most of the application operate without a mouse or keyboard.

    I would like to use screen blanking.
    I was wondering if there is a API in X that I can
    call when the touch screen is pressed to remove the
    screen blanking.
