    Did you call fl_initialize()? This generally must be the first XForms
    function called in your program (there are some exceptions but please
    refer to the manual for details).

    BTW, please do not send HTML messages to mailing lists. For security
    and anti-spam reasons some folks don't use HTML-capable mail readers,
    it wastes spool space, and HTML in email rarely adds any significant
    value, anyhow.
