XForms: Browser Resize Bug

    If you shrink a browser horizontally so that it's width is less than the
    width of the longest line on it, the horizontal scroll bar appears. If you
    scroll to the right with this scroll bar, the text moves left. This is all
    cool. But if you scroll to the right with the scroll bar, then grow the
    browser horizontally again so that the horizontal scrollbar goes away, the
    browser's xoffset doesn't return to 0 and your lines are scrolled too far
    to the left, with no way to get them back to the right again (except
    shrinking the browser, moving the scrollbar all the way to the left, then
    growing it again).
