Has anybody ever tried to do anything somewhat useful using groups of
controls on forms in fdesign, and found that it's really difficult because
dragging over a bunch of objects also selects the hidden ones, and because
shift+drag creates a copy of all selected objects?

Reorganizing groups of objects is very difficult. Is there any reason for
dragging the selection box to select hidden objects? If not, does it seem
like a "feature" that should go away in "1.1"?

Also, shift+drag. Let's say you are trying to select multiple obects
(which requires you holding the shift key). If you click on an object and
move the mouse even one pixel before releasing the mouse button, all of
the objects you have selected will be duplicated and put on the form, and
then deselected, making it very frustrating to select say, 10, 15, 20
objects at a time. Considering that there is already a copy and paste
button and hotkeys for both, I have a couple of suggestions for that:

    1) Shift+drag does not duplicate objects, or
    2) You have to shift+drag an object at least 5 or 6 pixels for it to be
    duplicated, or
    3) Shift+drag does not duplicate objects when multiple objects are selected.

Even better would be a "group editor" window that shows a list of all
objects on the form (might not be useful at all though, since objects
don't have to have names), a list of objects in the group you were
editing, and one of those "Add", "Remove", "Add All", "Remove All" type
    interfaces.

    Any comments?

Also, has anybody ever noticed that when you resize an object on xforms by
dragging the resize handle, it sometimes keeps resizing in response to
mouse moves even after you let go of the button? Or does anybody find it
odd that you have to right-click on the form right after you create it to
start working with it, but after that, left-click selects objects, not
    right-click?
