Hi Peter,

Please feel free to include the current manual in the Debian distribution. 

For the public record, I am granting the rights to all linux distributors to
distribute all versions of xforms manual without fee in all electronic
formats (.tex,.psf, .ps, .html) with the requirement that the distributed
versions retain the copyright notice and version number.
