[XForms] The list was down for two weeks.

The list was actually down since at least July 6th (nearly 7 weeks), unless there was a period of uptime in the middle. Although I was apparently the last person ever to post to this list before it came back up, it seems... I received the post I made 7 weeks ago just a few days ago. 403 Forbidden errors, originally, if I'm not mistaken.
