Unfortunately, your description of the problem is a bit vague. I also
don't know what a "counter arrow" is - is that a button with an arrow
drawn on it or something else? It probably would help if you could you
post the code you are using, ideally as a complete, compilable program
with everything thrown out except the part that exhibits the problem
you encounter.
