[XForms] Statically linked application

An example compiler command I used many years ago.  Some compiler options
may have changed but it may point you in the right direction.

         gcc –O –o mm object_files –Xlinker –Bstatic –lforms \
         –Xlinker –Bdynamic –L/usr/X11R6/lib –lX11 –lm –lXpm –lXext
