[XForms] Question #2: Relying on menu subitem IDs after fl_delete_menu_item().

Attached is a test program I've created.

The form has a single menu with 3 items, 3 buttons to remove each
item, and a button to clear the entire menu (as a sanity check).

Clearing the menu works properly. Attempting to remove items does not
work at all.

There's not a way to hide/show individual items, is there? I couldn't
find anything looking through the documentation. If there is, that
would work as a workaround for now.
