[XForms] Question #2: Relying on menu subitem IDs after fl_delete_menu_item().

Oh, right. Now that I think about it, not only do I remember reading
that, but I am actually using %x for other menu items elsewhere in
this very same application. I've been staring at the screen too long.
:-S I'm still having trouble getting fl_delete_menu_item to work at
all but I suspect it's something silly as well.
