I do this extensively, with some very complex forms (dozens of
overlapping objects, including canvases, gl canvases, and free objects),
and I have no problems. I've been using 0.84, and upgraded to 0.85.
I find that it is sometimes a little tricky to add objects to a
group in fdesign because the selection mechanism is a little non-
intuitive, but the library itself seems to work as advertised. I've
never seen random garbage left in the window.
