The fl_show_form should read

fl_show_form(fsemgui->semgui,
FL_PLACE_MOUSE,FL_TRANSIENT,"SEM Unit Version 2.0" );

I'm surprised your compiler didn't complain about incompatible pointer
types.

BTW, your code was badly MIMEd. To all: Please bear in mind that not
everyone in the universe either can read or wants to read mail with a
MIME compatible mail reader. I hate having to grovel through the =20s
almost as much as I hate mail with embedded <BARF>HTML</BARF>.
