XForms: Drag and Drop in XForms

is there a special library needed,
or is this functionality impl. within the forms lib?
(I don't think so)

P.S Thanks for all the mail concerning the CAD-System
I will have to setup and organize it a little before
I start, but it is most likely I will begin with a
front end in order to drive spice ...
