Yes, I should RTFM (again). However I had in mind the ability to add include
directives on a per form basis rather than on an fdesign invocation basis.

Am I unusual in placing only one form in each .fd file? It seems more and
more to me that fdesign is assuming that all forms in an application will be
in one file.
