You can't, at least for now. I think a new function along
the line of fl_set_clock_adjustment(ob, adjustment_in_seconds)
would solve your problem.

I will see what I can do, but these type of things are best
solved by enlarging the frame as it is hard to guess what
exactly the application wants.
