Sorry for that!!
If this messing anyone up, version 2, built against 0.86, is still
available at
ftp://ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/unix/linux/X11/xapps/xfrmcalc.2.*
and I still have copies of prior version 3's, which require the older
versions of 0.87.
Again, sorry for the confusion.
