To subscribers of the xforms list from Christian Faraoni <mago@caronte.csr.unibo.it> :

I have a Visual with True Colors and 16 bpp and a doubt!

Are the 16 bits there to indicize a color table like this one

n=B0 pixel | r | g | b
-------------------
0 |110 | 120 | 100 |
1 | 20 | 20 | 20 |
2 | 30 | 100 | 30 |
=2E
=2E
=2E
=2E
65536 | 0 | 100 | 0 |
-------------------

or will they used this way:

16bit =3D=3D> 5 bit (for red), 6 bit (for green), 5 bit (for blue) ?

what's the right answer?
